The Norwegian Environment Agency concludes with this the dynamic purchasing system (DPS) "Recruitment assistance to the Norwegian Environment Agency etc." The aim of the DPS has been to give the contracting authority access to assistance in connection with the recruitment of manager positions and other profiled positions. Due to political signals and internal changed competence, the need for assistance has changed. The Norwegian Environment Agency will, therefore, use other forms of competitions than DPS when there is a need for recruitment assistance.
