The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency is establishing the purchasing system on behalf of the Norwegian Armed Forces and its underlying departments. The FD ́s underlying departments are currently the following: The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency, the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency, the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency, also enters into the contract on behalf of the National Security Authority. The Contracting Authority can transfer contracts entered into under the Procurement Scheme for the Norwegian Armed Forces. In the event of such transfer, the Norwegian Armed Forces will enter into all rights and obligations in accordance with the contract. It is expected that it will mainly be the Ship Technology Department in Defence Materiel, with underlying sections, which will be the largest user of the purchasing system.
