Sarpsborg municipality invites tenderers to a restricted competition for the establishment of a dynamic procurement scheme for the procurement of furniture for offices and conference rooms, primary and secondary schools and before-and-after-school care, nurseries and institutions (common rooms, waiting rooms). The dynamic purchasing system applies for procurements over NOK 200,000 excluding VAT. NOK 60,000 excluding VAT. Procurements under NOK 100,000,00 60,000 undertake on the framework agreement.
