E6 Berkåk - Vindåsliene

The contract work comprises a turnkey contract for engineering design, construction and guarantee responsibility for the new E6 between Berkåk and Vindåsliene. The contract consists of approx. 15 km new E6 and it also includes the construction of approx. 15 km of local and county roads. Within these frames, several bridges, an approx. 800 m long tunnel for county roads with the accompanying control and safety measures, shall be established. The E6 shall mainly be built as a new road with H3 standards from the lot start in the south at Berkåk to Vindåsliene, while approx. 4 km road, H2 standard with overtaking both roads (4 lanes) shall be constructed. Nye Veier also has high targets for the environment and climate that the turnkey contractor shall contribute to reaching. The contract is based on NS 8407:2011 with a fixed price, and includes an initial phase with optimisation and clarification.
