The contracting authority and the builder are Ålesund municipality and Sula municipality. Ålesund municipality is the contract party. The Builder has signed a contract with one contractor for machine and process 2 for the transfer facility (contract E63), as a part of the transfer facility to Kongshaugen Reinseanlegg.The contract is based on the contract standard "NS 8405:2008 Norwegian Building and Construction Contract" for the execution. The contract E63 includes, among other things, the delivery and installation/installation of the following: Process pipes Pumps Valves Plug-in Measuring EquipmentFor further information on the contents and extent of the procurement, refer to the competition documents' part II.
