Ecmwf/itt/2025/389 framework for procurement of server hardware and support services

The Framework is expected to be for an initial period of four (4) years, with the possibility to extend by a further two (2) years. The spend against the Framework is likely to be in region of seven million euros (7,000,000) during the first period and in the region of ten million euros (10,000,000) over six years, although there is no guarantee as to the volume of purchases to be made. Successful Tenderers will have to meet a range of technical, legal and logistical requirements to be accepted onto the Framework. Alongside this ITT the first Initial Purchase will be competed. The contract(s) for the Initial Purchase will be awarded to the Tenderer(s) which have passed the criteria for inclusion onto the Framework and quoted the lowest price(s) for the items in listed in Annex 2 (Initial Purchase) of Volume II (Specification of Requirements). Suppliers may submit Tenders for inclusion onto the Framework without bidding to supply the Initial Purchase.
