Electrical services, framework agreement

Description du marché

The competition is for a framework agreement for the delivery of electrician services with materials related to alterations, minor additions, renovation and maintenance, as well as ongoing inspections, service and repairs of electrical installations throughout the entire municipal property portfolio. Road lighting is not included. The municipality owns, operates, maintains and manages approx. 110,000 m2 building (buildings for education, education, health, managing housing, stores and cultural buildings, municipal engineering installations etc.). Tenderers shall provide materials for all assignments that are to be carried out by the tenderer, unless the Contracting Authority requires otherwise. The procurement ́s value is estimated to approx. NOK 5,000,000 excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 30,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. See the procurement documents for further information. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition, i.a. in connection with budgetary coverage and political approval.
