Electrical services, framework agreement

The competition is for a framework agreement for the delivery of electrician services with materials related to alterations, minor additions, renovation and maintenance, as well as ongoing inspections, service and repairs of electrical installations throughout the entire municipal property portfolio. Road lighting is not included. The municipality owns, operates, maintains and manages approx. 155,000 m2 buildings (buildings for education, education, health, managing Housing, stores and cultural buildings, municipal engineering etc.). Tenderers shall provide materials for all assignments that are to be carried out by the tenderer, unless the Contracting Authority requires otherwise. The procurement is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The volume can vary both up and down, and during the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, the at any given time applicable investment budget and other framework factors, Maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 18,000,000 excluding VAT.
