Stavanger municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for electrical services with accompanying materials in Stavanger - Sub contract 1. Information on the contracting authority can be found at www.stavanger.kommune.no.The framework agreement will mainly be used for repairs and maintenance of electrical installations in connection with the existing buildings, but can also be used for some minor investment projects. Tenderers who submit a tender in zone 1 cannot submit a tender in zone 2.The contracting authority shall enter into parallel framework agreements with three tenderers in Zone 1 and 3 tenderers in Zone 2. The framework agreement will mainly apply for The Housing, Housing, Housing, Engineering and Development and Management projects in the Property Department, but other departments in Stavanger municipality can also use the contract as needed. Stavanger Parkering and other municipal companies as well as Stavanger Church Council shall also be able to use the contract on the same terms as the contracting authority. The contract will be valid for 1 year with options for 1 year + 1 year + 1 year.
