The competition is for a framework agreement for the delivery of electrician services with materials related to service and repairs of electrical installations, access control systems and alarm systems, including emergency and guiding lights throughout the municipal property portfolio. The municipality owns, operates, maintains and manages approx. 53,000 m2 buildings (buildings for education, education, health, administration, housing, stores, cultural buildings and municipal engineering installations). Tenderers shall provide materials for all assignments that are to be carried out by the tenderer, unless the Contracting Authority requires otherwise. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 3,000,000 excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 20,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors.
