The contracting authority would like tenders for an agreement for the procurement of electricity for the customer ́s buildings and installations. As a part of the assignment, the tenderer shall prepare proposals for a price assurance strategy and handle the procurement of price assurances in accordance with the approved strategy. The aim is to reduce costs and at the same time create economic predictability. It is also pointed out that the tenderer is the customer's counterparty against fuses and the contracting authority shall not be a clearing customer on Nasdaq OMX. The contracting authority for this competition is RIIK. RIIK carries out the competition, signs the contract and is the contract manager on behalf of the following municipalities and other entities: • Eidskog municipality • Grue municipality • Kongsvinger municipality • Nord-Odal municipality • Sør-Odal municipality • Våler municipality • Åsnes municipality Other entities: GBI – Glåmdal Fire Brigade IKS GIVAS – Glåmdal intermunicipal water and sewage company IKS SOR – Solør Renovasjon IKS Kongsvinger Church Council Kongsvinger Housing Foundation The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 50,000,000 excluding VAT per annum, and estimated 50.0 gwh per annum.
