Our eAOP project has been defined to realize these capabilities. Its main objectives are to: • Establish real-time visibility of operational performance; • Detect saturation points or anomalies across the passenger, baggage and air journeys; • Understand the interdependencies among operational processes; • Strengthen BAC’s resilience by enabling faster responses to disruptions; we seek solutions that serve multiple business domains and deliver the required functionalities across passenger, baggage, cargo and air operations. We categorized the elements in scope as either: • Business Capabilities • Enablers • Visualisation solutions Through this RFI, we aim to explore the market for potential partners who can help realise these solutions and help develop maturity in the business capabilities and enablers described below.
