Competition for engineering design services for and construction of Jonashagen residential and activity centre. The contract work mainly comprises detailed engineering design services, construction, delivery and assembly of permanent fixtures, development of the outside area and trial operation of technical installations. Jonashagen residential and activity centre shall have 65 nursing home places divided between four departments and a total of 50 employees. The building has 4 floors (5,250 bra) + a parking basement with 30 parking spaces (1,731 bra) and shall be in accordance with passive house standard NS 3700 (dark green A). The building shall be constructed from wood, connected to district heating delivered from the tiling firing centre at Lundehaugen secondary school and have solar panels and solar collectors on the roof. The project shall be carried out as a builder-developed turnkey contract in accordance with NS 8407, with a draft/preliminary project carried out by ARK, RIV, RIG, LARK, RIB, RIE, RIBr, RIAu and RIBfy, as well as technical plans from RIVA. The start of the project is planned for May 2024. The contractor shall have the capacity to complete the contract object at the latest by 4 May 2026 (final deadline).
