EirGrid is in the third year of delivering an ambitious business 2020-2025 strategy and now seeks to engage a specialist partner who will work with the HR and Leadership team to design a Learning and Development Strategy (L and D) that will enable the organisation to develop the right skills and competencies for our people for now and into the future. The successful tenderer will also design and deliver development modules aligned to our L and D strategy. As the business continues to grow at scale, the strategic approach will drive fresh thinking and value into our organisation in the area of Learning and Development. The winning tenderer will partner with the business to develop a strategic programme of work which reflects best practice and delivery options to deliver on our business and people needs. Our values and competency framework will be key reference documents for the purposes of determining our strategic approach and building our associated programme of work. The estimated value of €1.7M is for the entire possible duration of the Framework including extensions (8 years total) This tender process has now concluded.
