- Construction installation and preparatory work - Demolition - Clearing greenstructures - Earthworks and landscaping - Pipelines, shafts, drainage elements, and drainage systems/perforation strips - Various finishing work and paving, some with new foundation layers or adjustments to existing foundations - New stairs made of precast concrete elements and risers - Green spaces and planting of trees and shrubs - Planting, seeding, and maintenance until final acceptance - Various equipment and furnishings - Various foundations for playground and sports equipment to be installed on-site by a playground contractor, including the cost of installation assistance with appropriate equipment - Various foundations for fall protection and ball-stop netting to be installed by a fence contractor Note: Some items include only the supply of materials. The execution of individual elements, such as the construction of stream access or the creation of deadwood structures, will be carried out by the Werkdienst.
