Die in den Ausschreibungsunterlagen beschriebenen Lieferungen und Leistungen umfassen die Auslegung, Berechnung, Konstruktion, Steuer- und Regelfunktionen, Bedienelemente, Fabrikation inklusive Prüfungen und Abnahmemessungen im Werk des Anbieters, den Transport zum Aufstellort, die Zwischenlagerung am Aufstellort, Demontage der vorhandenen Anlagen mit zugehörigen Provisorien, die Montage und Verkabelung, Inbetriebsetzung, Personalinstruktionen, Prüfungen und Abnahmemessungen im Kraftwerk, die Durchführung des Probebetriebes, Inspektionen während der Garantiezeit, Instruktionen und Schulungen des Kraftwerkpersonals sowie die Betriebsdokumentation inklusive der zugehörigen Konformitätserklärung für den Lieferumfang.
