ERP system for the municipalities in Hallingdal

The contracting authority is Gol municipality on behalf of the region ́s municipalities Flå, Nesbyen, Gol, Hemsedal, Ål and Hol and all associated companies as the municipalities keep accounts for all time (e.g. Church councils/parishes, KF and IKS). There are approx. 2,500 employees in the 6 municipalities. The Hallingdal region has approx. 22,000 inhabitants in the region. The contracting authority shall procure a new future orientated and innovative ERP system. A contract shall be established with one tenderer. The mentioned service provider shall have a strong focus on making the customer ́s work processes more efficient, and a new ERP system shall support this. The system shall have good and open integration between the administrative systems, not to mention the trade systems in the municipalities, so that double registrations and redundant work processes can be removed. Tenderers must intend to adaptor new technology that can contribute to making the customer ́s work flow more efficient. The contracting authority will not be bound to use all functionality that is requested and offered. See the procurement documents for further information. The contracting authority reserves the right to make minor, not significant changes to this basis before tenderers are invited to submit a tender.
