Innalndet fylkeskommune invites tenderers to participate in our market dialogue for the procurement of an ERP system. See the attached documents for further information on registering and implementing the market dialogue. Innlandet County intends to procure a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to streamline and improve its administrative processes. The system shall cover the function areas HR/Lønn, Økonomi and Innkjøp and contribute to a more current line-type and cost efficient operation. The system ought also to facilitate further development and support the contracting authority ́s ambitions for digitalisation of processes. A modern system for digital business management shall enable secure data acquisition of high data quality, and give the employer good analysis possibilities to make data driven decisions and contribute to continual business improvement. Secure data-sharing and management from the system is decisive for supporting development possibilities. The system should automate unnecessary manual processes to increase efficiency and free up resources, while improving the user experience - it should be easy to work correctly in the new system. The county would like a cloud based ERP system that is standardised as much as possible, with frequent upgrades and continual improvements.
