Market dialogue The subject of the market dialogue is the upcoming ERTMS program signalling system procurements (CSS and OC) for the needs of the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency. Background and objectives The procurements consist of Centralized Safety System (CSS) and Object Controller (OC) deliveries and the support services which covers the whole Finnish railway network. Finnish railway network is about 6000 km. Preliminary schedule The buyer's target schedule for starting the procurements is the beginning of the year 2026. The objective of the buyer is to complete all the procurements during the year 2027. ----- Additional information Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency is organizing a market dialogue event regarding the procurement, on June 12, 2025, from 15:00 to 16:30 (official Finnish time) via Microsoft Teams. The buyer is at the moment preparing the procurement strategy and is willing to hear the opinions of the market players. This notice is a prior information notice. It does not constitute a call for tenders The prior information notice includes an invitation to a market dialogue, during which all interested suppliers have the opportunity to engage in dialogue regarding the procurement with the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency. The purpose of the market dialogue event is to present and hear the views of potential suppliers on the content and schedule of the procurement and the preliminary procurement implementation alternatives. This notice is not a call for tenders or a procurement notice, and its publication does not initiate a tendering process. Instead, it is a market dialogue and information request related to market consultation. Participation in the market dialogue is not a requirement for participation in any subsequent tendering process. This notice does not obligate the contracting authority to carry out the actual procurement. Instruction for registration: Participants must register for the market dialogue in advance no later than June 9, 2025, at 16:00 (official Finnish time) via e-mail to juha.lehtola@vayla.fi and kaj.lampinen@vison.fi. The subject line of the email should be " ERTMS program signalling system procurements (CSS and OC)". The registration should confirm the names and e-mail addresses of the participants. Microsoft Teams invitations to the event will be sent out to participants once the registration period has closed. If you are unable to attend the event, you can request the material presented during the event via the e-mail above. The material will be provided to you after the event. After the market dialogue, participants will receive a separate online survey. No compensation will be provided to participating companies for responding or attending
