Establishment of a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for the Supply, delivery and unloading of Trees and Shrubs and herbaceous plants for Dublin City Council

This framework agreement was established under Article 32.2(a) of Directive 2014/24/EU, which provides for a derogation from tendering where no tenders or no suitable tenders or no requests to participate or no suitable requests to participate have been submitted in response to an open procedure or a restricted procedure, provided that the initial conditions of the contract are not substantially altered and that a report is sent to the Commission where it so requests. Dublin City Council has established this Framework Agreement for a period of 4 years at a value of €1,300,000 excluding VAT.
