Establishment of a Single-Operator Framework Agreement for Reinstatement Cost Consultancy Services

The Contracting Authority’s ambition is to create a base line reinstatement Cost for property insurance purposes across its entire estate portfolio. Following the establishment of this base line, the Contracting Authority intends to review the established Reinstatement Cost on an annual basis. The property insurance annual review is conducted during the period of April through to August. The Contracting Authority is seeking to prepare its annual Reinstatement Cost no later than March of each year to ensure the most recent and accurate information is provided into the property insurance review process. Reinstatement Costs will be required to be developed into the current Risk and Underwriting information, together with photographic surveys of the existing property assets to be considered by the insurance market. The Contracting Authority is seeking an economical and reasonable approach to the development of its Reinstatement Cost.
