EUREKA 3.0 – Funding programme management cloud solution

The international non-profit organization Association d’EUREKA AISBL / EUREKA Association AISBL (ESE) hereby launches a call for tender to interested companies in order to obtain competitive proposals to implement EUREKA’s next generation cloud-based funding programme/grants management solution. This solution will be used to centralise, facilitate, and manage all components of a funding programme from project proposal to project implementation to project completion. The ESE aims to move to a state-of-the-art system that will improve consistency, efficiency, transparency and effectiveness across all programme management operating processes. The full result of the project should be exclusively maintainable by the ESE, which should have all the application, testing and infrastructure code. No part of the system should be controlled by the vendor. The application should run on ESE’s cloud environment.
