1. Lot A: Internal analyses
Lot A involves the conduct of a rigorous analysis of the strengths and weaknesses in the clinical and laboratory networks and associated capabilities and infrastructures of COMBACTE and PREPARE and other clinical networks to be linked with ECRAID. The outcomes of the internal analyses will inform the development of the key components of the ECRAID business plan.
2. Lot B: External analyses
Lot B involves the conduct of a rigorous analysis of the stakeholder needs and the scientific, technological, commercial/economic, and broader political and societal environment that ECRAID will operate in and analysing the implications for the business plan of ECRAID.
3. Lot C: Governance and Financial Plan
Lot C involves advising the ECRAID Coordination Team at UMC Utrecht and the Partners in the design of the governance structure and processes and financial plan as key components of the ECRAID business plan. Indicative budget (excluding VAT) € 100.000.
