The Ministry of Education and Research wants an evaluation that looks at the effects of Norwegian participation in Erasmus+, the EU's programme for education, training, youth and sports, from 2014 to 2025, and a socio-economic analysis of the potential dividend of Norwegian participation in the next Erasmus+ programme, which starts in 2028. The assignment is two parts: 1. Prepare an evaluation that looks at the effects of Norwegian participation in Erasmus+ from 2014 to 2025, with a main focus on the current programme period (2021-2027). 2. Preparation of socio-economic analysis of the potential dividend of Norwegian participation in the next programme period (2028–2034). The estimated value of the procurement is up to NOK 200,000,000. NOK 1.7 million excluding VAT. The final deadline for the assignment is 1 June 2026.
