Evaluation of green platform

NFD would like to have an evaluation of Green Platform, i.a. to have a better knowledge basis for further installation of the scheme. The evaluation ought to include the following elements: - Assessment of collaboration costs and gains, both for the policy participants and the applicant consorties, in the short and long term. - Assessment of potential socio-economic effects. - Go into a selection of the concrete projects and look at results, including expected environmental gains and spreading effects. - Look at a selection of projects that have sought support and have been rejected; what is the status - the consumables have moved forward with the projects they have applied for and received other financing, etc. - Assessment of what gives the best effect on the goal of green restructuring and sustainable development; funding for large projects managed by The Green Platform, or funding for minor projects through other schemes in the funding apparatus. Relevant schemes to take a closer look at are, among other things, The environmental technology scheme under Innovation Norway, Innovation Projects in Business (IPN) under the Research Council of Norway and the Catapult Scheme under Siva. The estimated value of the procurement is NOK 1.6 million excluding VAT. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority.
