Husbanken has legacy systems developed in Natural/Adabas, which for various reasons have extended their lifetime. In addition to the need to manage the systems, Husbanken wants to modernise these, which requires expert competence within Natural/Adabas and deep domain comprehension. According to plan, competence transfer and modernisation should have come so far by the end of 2025 that there will no longer be a need to procure this competence externally. Natural Partner AS has the requested competence and domain comprehension, and has previously assisted Husbanken with Natural/Adabas competence in the loan and grant area. An assessment has been made as to whether a tenderer should run a competition, but considered it appropriate. Natural Partner AS has the required key competence and the contract that is signed will have a limited duration up until the end of 2025, with an option for an extension for one year. Key competence Consultant 1 (J.P.): Expert competence Natural/Adabas, know the history and how HILS/Vinnbin is built up, the source code/code language is Norwegian, experience with upgrading the platform (Software AG products), domain knowledge, good knowledge of the system, including updating and maintenance of existing modules so that they can be adapted to changed requirements and needs, deep knowledge of the data models (in connection with migration). Consultant 2 (A.H.): Expert competence Natural/Adabas, know the history and how Vinnbin is built up, the source code/code language is Norwegian, experience with upgrading the platform (Software AG products), domain knowledge, good knowledge of the system, including updating and maintenance of existing modules so that they can be adapted to changed requirements and needs. Consultant 3 (A.L.): Expert competence Natural/Adabas, know the history and how HILS is built up, the source code/code language is Norwegian, experience with upgrading the platform (Software AG products), domain knowledge, good knowledge of the system, including updating and maintenance of existing modules so that they can be adapted to changed requirements and needs. Hourly rate excluding VAT. VAT: 1725,-Consultant 1(J.P):Year 1: 1700 hours * 1725,- = 2 932 500,-Option year 2: 350 hours * 1725,-= 603 750,-Consultant 2 (A.H):Year 1: 8 50 hours * 1725,- = 1 466,-Option year 2: 175 hours * 1725,-= 301 875,-Consultant 3(A.L):Year 1: 850 hours * 1725,- = 1 466 250,- Option year 2: 175 hours * 1725,-= 301 875,-Total contract value including options: 3 536 250 + 1 768 125 + 1 768 125 = 7 072 500,- excluding VAT.
