The Norwegian Patient Injury Compensation (NPE) needs expert doctor specialists in the speciality child and youth psychiatry. Particular attention is noted that: The medical specialist shall be in active clinical practice, both when signing agreements and throughout the contract period within the speciality. Active clinical practice means that the expert provides health care services to patients and is directly involved in the treatment. The active clinical practice shall make up at least 20 percent of a man-labour year, calculated on average throughout the calendar year. The medical specialist shall have at least 6 years work experience as a certified specialist within the speciality. The estimated need is 90 hours per month divided between 3-6 contracts. The estimated start-up is June 2024. The agreement is time-limited with mutual right to give notice, but the agreement ends automatically when the doctor specialist turns 75.
