External advice for technical implementation and establishment of an internal management model for a new ICT operational model.

Folketrygdfondet has recently decided to outsource the ICT platform to an external operational supplier. It is an ongoing project that has, among other things, announced a public procurement that shall end with the announcement of the chosen operational supplier. It is currently external consultants in the assignment who contribute in this ongoing process. Folketrygdfondet needs consultancy when the phase mentioned above has ended and would therefore like to enter into a consultancy agreement for the implementation of the new ICT platform at an external tenderer and implement an appropriate internal management model so that the fund can professionalise its follow-up of out-contracted services.
