The Ministry wants a broad review of the discussion process in the Child Protection and Health Board based on the conversation process regulations. The objective of the evaluation is generally to identify central challenges with the form of process and propose any changes. Furthermore, the evaluation shall document the economic and administrative consequences of the conversation process. The assignment will be valid from when the contract is signed until the final report is submitted 1 December 2025 and has a combined upper financial limit of up to NOK 1.5 million excluding VAT. See annex 1 of the contract for further details on the delivery.
