The contracting authority needs to procure a used refuse collection vehicle with a short delivery time. The need arises as one of the contracting authority ́s refuse collection vehicles must be taken out of order immediately due to technical errors, and must be replaced before the summer season starts. The contracting authority has carried out a thorough mapping of the market for used sanitation equipment, including public and private sales platforms as well as direct dialogue with relevant actors. The mapping shows that there is currently only one available used refuse collection vehicle that fulfils the contracting authority ́s technical and capacity requirements and that can be delivered within the necessary timeframe.
