CONTRACTING ENTITY Fingrid Oyj (1072894-3) as the “Contracting Entity” Contracting Entity has appointed Aon Finland Oy as their insurance broker to design and tender group’s property damage insurance. The procurement shall comply with the Act on Procurement and Concession Contracts of Entities Operating in the Water and Energy Supply, Transport and Postal Services Sector (1398/2016, “the Special Sector’s Procurement Act”). SCOPE OF PROCUREMENT The object of the procurement is property damage insurance as preliminary described in this Invitation to Participate. Furthermore, the negotiated process and other terms of the procurement are described herein. Property to be insured in broad terms comprises of the following at various sites within the territory of Finland: Main grid 400 kV and 220 kV substations Gas turbine plants HVDC converter plants Synchronous compensator plant
