The government manager, county and distriktssenteret are now developing a four year professional programme for selected district municipalities in Møre og Romsdal. The aim of the procurement is to follow the commitment "Training in the plan for politicians". The time frame for the cooperation is equivalent to the current municipal council period and the assignment shall be completed in the first quarter of 2028. District municipalities in Møre og Romsdal will receive two tenders through this commitment. A series of trade modules with short films that are open to all. The scheme "Tett på" where a multi-disciplinary competence team follows five municipalities throughout the municipal council period 2023 - 2027. The aim is for the municipalities to be better able to exercise the role of community developer in accordance with the Planning and Building Act. In addition the contracting authorities have a dialogue with the Ministry of Health and Care Services to include planning health and care services in the initiative. The content of "Tett på" is created during and in dialogue with the municipalities. Activities are therefore not defined at the start. We are looking for follow-up research in order to draw clearly at the end of the contract and afterwards. We would like the follow-up research to have particular attention to the work of developing the county and the administrator ́s guidance practice. The result shall be used to share experience with other regions and national authorities.
