Enova would like to enter into a framework agreement with an advertising agency that shall cover Enova's need for advertising agency services. Enova is working for Norway ́s restructuring to the low emission society. The restructuring requires that Norway cut greenhouse gas emissions, safeguard security of supply and create new values. Enova is therefore working to get the good solutions to the market and contribute to new energy and climate technologies. To achieve this we depend on flexible and efficient interaction with the market. This has ever higher requirements for our communication and digital solutions. Enova is a computer driven business, and it is expected that the tenderer has the prerequisite to assist Enova with the market leading solutions in digital marketing. Total communication systems are decisive for Enova fulfilling her goals and achieving results, and close cooperation with a media agency and other suppliers is expected for the assignment to be carried out in an efficient and appropriate manner. Enova would like deliveries on the breadth of advertising agency services; e.g. strategic consultancy for marketing, climate communication, company communication, ongoing concept and product development, campaign planning and implementation, development of channel adapted communication systems, development of activities for different target groups, graphic design, photo and video production, brands as well as material storage (both digital and physical by, for example, photos, illustrations, pictures as well as brochures, guidelines, roll ups), project management and method.
