Description du marché

The Norwegian Parliament shall enter into framework agreements for consultancy services within strategic consulting, project management and project support. A framework agreement shall be signed with five tenderers for the provision of the relevant consultancy services, so-called parallel framework agreements. This is a restricted two part tender contest, part 1 is a qualification that everyone can participate in and part 2 which is limited to those who are qualified/selected in the first part of the competition. The Norwegian Parliament hereby invites tenderers to apply for/request participation in part 1 of the restricted tender competition.
