The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement for engineering design services for water supply and sewage. This also includes projects with submarine pipelines. The designer will typically have responsibility for all assignments that come with the execution of one Water and Sewage project for the engineering design assignment. A water and sewage project has a large variation and can, for example, involve everything from securing the drinking water source until the water is delivered to subscriptions. It can also involve the construction of different types of treatment plants. Tenderers shall therefore offer all the competence necessary to carry out the Water and Sewage project, and see to the authority requirements that are set in each project.
