Framework agreement for architectural services

The competition is for framework agreements for architect services for the contract period 2024 - 2026 (2028). The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreements for architect services, with up to 3 tenderers per category, within six categories. The number of projects and extent in the contract period is variable. There will be talk of everything from very short-term engagements, and engagements that can go over several years. The municipality ́s need for assistance will, among other things, be based on the approved Action and Economy Plan 2024 - 2027 and future revisions thereof, which may result in the tenderer not being awarded assignments in the contract period. Examples of projects where it may be relevant for the contracting authority to use the framework agreements are given below: 1. School and nursery buildings. • Rehabilitation schools • Renovation/new construction nurseries
