Framework agreement for artist surveys

The Norwegian Directorate of Culture and Culture wishes to carry out surveys on the artists' income, living and working conditions. The surveys shall follow-up the Artist Survey 2019, further developed in accordance with the recommendations from the Model and Method Committee for artist surveys and adapted to the Cultural Directorate ́s and the Cultural Council ́s need for new knowledge, including through new themes in the surveys ́ survey part. The first call-off is estimated to have an upper limit of NOK 2,700,000 excluding VAT and the expected production ready report before June 1, 2027.
