The Secretariat in the Environmental Promise would like to procure a framework agreement for the procurement of design hours, as well as assistance with campaigns, events and other outward looking work. The aim of the framework agreement is to strengthen the Environmental Promise ́s attitude-changing work and contribute to increased knowledge of and knowledge about the Environmental Promise. Call-offs on the framework agreement shall be anchored in the Environmental Promise ́s main aim of zero growth in passenger car traffic, and thus contribute to more inhabitants in the agreement area choosing collective, bicycle and walking as the means of travel.
