Kvam wishes to enter into framework agreements for the procurement of technical handrail services. One of the goals of establishing such framework agreements is to ensure efficiency in the procurement processes. It is a goal that the framework agreement shall ensure stability and prodictability for Kvam herad and suppliers. This framework agreement comprises the area for carpentry and carpentry work. The work includes: Repairs and maintenance of the existing installations and building masses. Replacement of components. Reconstruction and redecorating work. Assembly of door/wind rope and railings, as well as other construction projects etc. Large portion of the renovation of bathrooms, so that the contracting authority will have a fixed price for work on improving an average bathroom. The framework agreements are intended to cover the main part of the contracting authority ́s continous doctor needs for the services that are dealt with in this competition. Kvam municipality shall have a right, but no obligation to benefit the framework agreements. The contracting authority expects that in this contract area there can be a framework agreement for a minimum of 3 tenderers and a maximum of seven tenderers, and that a maximum of 7 suppliers shall be awarded a contract in the tender contest. If there are less than three tenderers, it will nevertheless consider establishing a framework agreement with 1 or 2 tenderers, where appropriate. The framework agreement has a contract period of two years. The expected start time for the contract is 01.08.2024. The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract on identical terms for up to 1+1 year. The maximum agreement period is 4 years.
