Framework agreement for cleaning of the 22 July Centre as well as other cleaning services for DSS

The aim of the procurement is to cover the need for cleaning services for the 22 July centre in Teatergata 10 in Oslo, as well as other cleaning for extra needs at other locations where DSS is responsible for cleaning, by entering into a framework agreement with one service provider. The contract start date will be 6 August 2024. The estimated value of the procurement is from NOK 2,000,000 to NOK 4,000,000. Excluding VAT. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. A framework agreement shall be signed for 2 years, with an option for a further 2 years (2+1+1). During the contract period there can be changes of location for the 22 July centre in connection with moving into the new government block. It is anticipated that the move will take place during 2026.
