The objective of the procurement is: o to ensure the municipalities a future orientated, user friendly and secure hardware system o achieving a uniform but flexible machinery and equipment park, which is more modern, sustainable and adapted to the municipalities ́needs. o to establish a joint system that is the same for all owner municipalities o reduced use of time for operation and follow-up of the service. o reducing the operational costs of machines and equipment and providing predictability and an overview of costs. o automate services for repeated work assignments. It is important that the machines that are delivered are of good quality and are of high standard in regard to safety. Security, as both as regards high operational security within the use areas, but also security in connection with the storage and destruction of data on hard drive, as well as security as regards machinery and equipment can be a way into the municipalities ́ networks of unwanted actors. The competition mainly includes the following: Machine need: Several types of laptop and desktop PCs, tablets and IPads Equipment requirement: Monitors, docking and keyboards. Mobile telephones: Telephones in 3 categories of various sizes/designs.
