Oslo municipality c/o Oslobygg KF, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for construction management (BL), technical construction management (TBL), coordinator execution phase (KU) and coordinator engineering design phase (KP). Oslobygg KF is a municipal company owned by Oslo municipality, which shall develop, build, operate and maintain purpose-built buildings. We are one of norway's largest property managers with more than 2.7 million square metres. in the portfolio. The portfolio consists of nurseries, nursing homes, fire stations, sheltered accommodation flats, school buildings, arts buildings and sports centres etc. Oslobygg shall promote a sustainable, inclusive and serious industry. Environment and energy, innovation, inclusion and serious working life are central focus areas. The aim of the procurement is to enter into 8 - 12 parallel framework agreements. The framework agreement includes construction management and other named consultancy services for projects that vary in scope, duration and cost. The projects vary from minor measures with a cost of less than NOK 0.5 million to larger projects with a cost of more than NOK 1 billion. Most of the assignments are related to new investments, but large and small renovation projects can also be included, as well as other assignments in connection with the execution of measures of a certain size or complexity in the existing building and construction. The projects can have different organisation and contract forms. From experience most projects will be executed as a turnkey contract or execution contract.
