The contract is for a framework agreement with one tenderer for consultancy services within procurement consultancy services. The procurement is for a framework agreement for procurement consultancy and assistance, and it is divided into the following service areas: 1. Operative procurement assistance: Assistance in all phases of a procurement process, from planning to signing the contract. 2. Legal assistance: Legal advice related to the procurement regulations. 3. Other procurement related assistance: Strategic consultancy, development work, project management and implementation of courses and training for Fjellinjen's employees. In order to give a picture of typical assignments, Fjellinjen plans to hold call-offs on assistance with the procurement of a new case and archive system and a system for PaaS/SaaS in the near future.
