The main objective of the procurement is to cover DSS, DIO and the joint ministries ́needs for consultancy services within the ICT discipline. One framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer. The Customer shall be able to procure assistance and assignments under the framework agreement within ICT. The contracting authority shall be able to procure assistance and assignments within all phases of ICT systems with associated areas, for example: • Service development, further development and management. Technical, functional and strategic consulting services • ICT operations and infrastructure • Project, change and implementation management • ICT security See the attached competition documents for further information.
