Framework agreement for for Audit of OPDE Security Plan

Statnett SF intends to enter into a framework agreement for the annual audit of compliance with ENTSO-E’s “OPDE Security Plan.” The OPDE Security Plan is based on ISO 27001 and consists of approximately 400 individual controls. An updated version of the OPDE Security Plan will be available for 2025. The audit report shall provide the auditor’s overall assessment of Statnett’s level of compliance with the OPDE Security Plan, as well as an evaluation of individual requirements within each main category. The report shall be written in English and completed by the end of August each year during the framework agreement period. A draft call-off for the 2025 audit is provided in Appendix 7 to give suppliers a clearer understanding of the scope of the framework agreement.
