The contracting authority Gran municipality needs to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement and delivery of groceries in consumer packages. The agreement shall mainly apply to all of the municipality ́s nurseries, schools and before-and-after-school care. Other entities in the municipality shall be able to join the contract if they need or want it. The contract is subject to delivery to all of the municipality's units. The framework agreement shall be signed for a period of two years, with an automatic option one + one year, unless other information is given by the contracting authority. The framework agreement is expected to have a total value of up to NOK 20,000,000 excluding VAT for a four year period. The amount is a guideline and is not binding for the contracting authority or rights for the tenderer. The amount allows for an increased need for larger procurements from 2026, if the primary and secondary schools are to serve lunch meals to the pupils. We have no basis for calculating how much increase this will lead to.
