The Norwegian Customs shall establish a national framework agreement for locks, fittings and automatic access control systems, which shall see to the need for replacement of existing components and equipment, new establishments and service agreements. The Norwegian Customs currently has an already established top system for automatic access control, which shall be used as a starting point for new establishments and/or upgrades to existing systems. The Norwegian Customs will also need other types of independent systems for an access control system, which can simplify the operation of every day at some locations with other atypical use.
