Kristiansand municipality c/o the Engineering Department is announcing a competition for the establishment of a framework agreement for minor review assignments within the water and sewage area (Water and Sewage) the Contracting Authority does not always have sufficient capacity or competence to solve all assignments and would like to join up with two external consultancy companies who can carry out minor review assignments as needed. The internal capacity will always determine whether we need to procure consultancy assistance and the extent will vary. The competition only concerns review assignments of a limited size and extent, and the municipality has another framework agreement for engineering design services for water and sewage installations. We would like to qualify 2 companies and rank them. Requests for call-offs on the framework agreement go to suppliers as long as possible to allocate 65% to the best ranked and 35% of the value of the second ranked.
