The aim is to cover the need for water and sewage for a framework agreement for pipes, pipe parts and valves. This is absolutely necessary for VAV to uphold its responsibility to cover the citizens' and businesses ́needs for safe drinking water and handling of sewage water. Furthermore, it is necessary for VAV to reach its strategic guidelines for 2020-2040. A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer.
