Værnesregionen Innkjøp (the Contracting Authority) hereby invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for the provision of respite services and children ́s homes for Stjørdal, Selbu, Tydal, Frosta, Meråker and Holtålen municipalities. VR barnevern is a joint cooperation with the municipalities Stjørdal, Selbu, Tydal, Frosta and Meråker. VR child protection has the right to call-offs from awarded suppliers on verbatim terms. This is a competition to enter into a framework agreement with tenderers for respite care places and children ́s homes for children and youths (cf. the rights requirements for the Child Act and the Health and Welfare Act), for the participating municipalities. The aim of the procurement is to ensure quality approved services for the contracting authority when the contracting authority cannot meet the needs itself. The users shall have a good and facilitated service offer in a safe and competent environment. The need will vary in the municipalities. As of now, only Stjørdal municipality and Frosta municipality need children's homes and Vr child protection that needs respite care places. Due to the distance it will not be appropriate for several municipalities with respite care places other than weekends.
